How to style Leopard Shoes

Repeat after me: leopard is a neutral, leopard is a neutral. Now look in your closet and tell me if you see a pair of leopard shoes of any kind? If so, amazing. If not, it's times to take the step (no pun intended) into everyone's favorite print. When styling leopard shoes the key is to remember that the print acts as a neutral and can be styled almost any way black shoes can be styled. See the tips below for ways to incorporate leopard shoes into your every day style:

FOR WORK

Grab a pair of leopard smoking slippers for the office. Think about how comfortable your lunch walk will be! It's a win win situation.

Leopard smoking slipper go great with cropped trouser styles or capris in colors like khaki, navy or black. Then top it off with a blouse and blazer to achieve a polished professional look.

FLIRTY

Leopard heels are a DO but stick to to the following to achieve a classy yet flirty look:

No Platform Heel under 4"  and pointed toe pump.

What outfits pair well with leopard heels? Skater dresses and fit and flare skirts always add a feminine touch. If your'e feeling bold, try a pencil skirt for the office. There are a handful of great styles out there.

Tip: Leopard heels can be tricky; when paired with short or tight dresses they have the potential to give off a "lady of the night" vibe. Remember the above tips to make sure that doesn't happen.

CASUAL

Not a heels kind of girl? Leopard loafers can easily spice up any casual outfit. They look perfectly put together in distressed denim and a white blazer.

Tip: when reaching for your go-to black shoes, switch them out for a leopard pair; you'll be surprised by the new pep in your step.

It's safe to say that we can all find a pair of jeans and a blazer in the closet which means this casual look is as easy as finding a great pair of leopard shoes.

WITH LEOPARD

Leopard with leopard? It's a thing! Try to stick with leopard prints in similar colors and sizes as to not have too many mixed prints. Like a great leopard clutch to pair with leopard shoes. Hot!

There are a handful of colors that go great with leopard on leopard ensembles including olive, dark wine, and off-white.

Tip: stay away from leopard prints that are too small or unnaturally yellow as they tend to look cheap.

SPORTY

Leopard tennis shoes make for a great off-duty look, but the trick is keeping them elevated and grown-up. With leather pants and an oversized coat always get an A+ in our book.
